Screw oil-press MV-200 (raw material heating) for compression, which serves for production of crude vegetable oils. The following oilseeds are used as a raw materials: rape, flax, sunflower, mustard, and others. Oilseeds are sent spontaneously from the hipper into the heating device. In the heating device the raw material is heated to comes to required temperature, which is set according to the type and preparation methods of oilseeds. After that it is sent to the working part of the oil-presses.
Oil-press operation principle consists of the following steps:
grindingandpressingoftherawmaterial. The pressed oil then, pours from the working part of oil-presses through the slots. The vegetable cake exits from the end of the working part of the oil-press.
