The line is designed for the production and packaging of crackers in an automatic continuous operation, with a capacity of 70 kg / h.

The principle of operation of the line - continuous. The initial raw material (bread jigged on the rack of hardening 1 ... 4 days) is cut on the cutting machine 1, from the output of which, sliced ​​bread straws poured onto the dosing conveyor of the furnace 2, where the uniform dosage and roasting of the product occur. From the output of the furnace the conveyor 3 feeds the fried semi-fabricate on the vibrating sifter 4, where the product is separated from the crumbs and enters the inspection conveyor 5, from which it enters into the machine of filling additives 6 with which the universal conveyor 7 feeds the cracker into the to the hopper of the feed conveyor 8 and is transported to the packer 9. Further, the packaged product is removed by conveyor 10 to the storage table 11. Bread while frying loses about 40%  of weight, oil and spices add about 15% to the dry weight of the semi-finished product. The line is fully automated.
