Filling and packaging machine is used for continuous process of packaging by volumetric dosing method of dusty flowableproducts and packaging into the polymer films.
The automatic packing machine includes mechanical packaging device and screw batcher. In automatic mode it performs up to 25 packsﾂ / min.
Packaging machines is optimized equipment for packing products of dusty flowable products (starch, flour, chalk, powdered milk, etc.). As this machine applies the volumetric dosing method, the batched product is measured by the number of the screwﾂ turnovers. Also the spontaneous change of the dose size and of packed products are possible for this machine. From this it follows that when changing the products dispensed, it is necessary to take into account the density. Therefore for the number of turns for the different product the weight of the portion can be different.
The difference of this equipment is the usage of mechanical packaging machine. A special feature is the absence of pneumatic drivers, which excludes the use of the compressor. The advantages of packaging machines is small dimensions and silent work .
