Filling and packaging machine is used for continuous process of packaging by volumetric dosing method of dusty flowable products (starch, calk, dry milk and so on) and packaging into the polymer films.
The automatic packing machine includes pneumatic-mechanical packaging device and screw batcher. In automatic mode it performs up to 30 packsﾂ / min.
This machine works by principle of measuring batched products by the number of the screwﾂ turnovers due to the method of volumetric dosing. According to this, it is necessary to take into account the density.
The difference of this equipment is the usage of pneumatic-mechanical packaging machine. This machine has combines drives (the tension of the film is carried out with electrical drives and belts, and the clamping / unclamping of the welding elements of the soldering unit are performed with pneumatic drives). This combination increases the operation speed of the machine allows using more wide packing films. The disadvantage of this machine is noise of operation due to the usage of compressor.
